The training plan
The training plan is at the heart of e-FORT. It is built from your goal, your availability and your equipment, then it readjusts to your form every day. Cycling, running, strength training: it all fits in a single plan.
What you tell it, and what it does with it.
You answer once. e-FORT remembers it for the next plans.
A dated race, or a build-up of several weeks. The whole plan is anchored on that deadline.
The days you can really train, and how much time you have on each of them.
A gym or not, a smart trainer, a treadmill: every session can be done with what you have.
Running, swimming, strength: the AI decides how many sessions really serve your goal.
Phases, milestones, tests.
Each session comes from validated models, and its targets are calculated on your threshold, in watts or pace. Tests are placed regularly, with varying protocols, to measure progress rather than familiarity with one test.
If time allows: the aerobic base, volume, technique.
Blocks of three weeks of increasing load, followed by a recovery week.
The final weeks, anchored on the race date, through to the taper.
Your form today, not six months ago.
e-FORT follows your form every day, from your training load and your morning heart-rate variability. When your form or the way the plan is going drifts from what was planned, it proposes an adjustment and explains why.
Nothing changes without your agreement. Accepted changes reach your devices on their own.

Yes. e-FORT builds a complete training plan from your goal: a dated race, or a build-up of several weeks. The plan combines cycling, running, strength training and, if you wish, swimming. Each session can be sent automatically to your bike computer or your watch. Plan building is included in the Premium plan.
You tell it your goal, your availability, whether you have access to a gym, your indoor equipment (smart trainer, treadmill) and the other sports you can do. e-FORT then organises the season from validated models: a development phase if time allows, blocks of three loading weeks followed by a recovery week, then a specific build-up anchored on the race date. Tests are placed regularly to measure progress. The AI decides, according to your goal, how many strength and cross-training sessions actually serve your preparation. Each session is calibrated on your threshold, in watts or pace.
Yes, in both senses. Personalised: targets are calculated on your threshold, sessions are placed according to your availability and adapted to your equipment, with an indoor version if you have a smart trainer. Dynamic: e-FORT follows your form every day, from your training load and your morning heart-rate variability, and proposes adjustments when your form or the way the plan is going drifts from what was planned. No change is applied without your agreement. Accepted changes are sent automatically to your devices if you have turned on automatic sending.
Yes, if you have told it you have a smart trainer or a treadmill. Every cycling or running session then gets an indoor version with the same goals: intervals stay identical, and long endurance rides are shortened, because indoors you pedal continuously and perceived effort is higher. On a treadmill, paces are kept with a 1% incline. Both versions reach your device, and you choose on the day.
Yes. You say whether you want strength training, how many sessions a week, and whether you have access to a gym. Without a gym, e-FORT only offers sessions you can do without equipment. The AI then decides, according to the phase and your goal, how many sessions actually serve your preparation. Each exercise comes with its sets, reps, load and rest.
Yes, if you turn on automatic sending in your profile. Sessions for the next seven days go to Garmin, Wahoo and Hammerhead, and are updated whenever the plan changes. Strength sessions go to your Garmin watch, with their sets and reps.
